CMI Level 3 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring
A Chartered Management Institute certificate in coaching and mentoring, designed for supervisors and first line managers.
About this course
Coaching and mentoring are the two most useful things a first line manager can be good at, and both are learnable. This CMI certificate covers the principles, the skills, the relationship, the process, and how to know whether it worked.
CMI designed it for supervisors and first line managers. It is credit based, so you build it from the units that suit your role rather than working through a fixed set.
