Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Excellence in Customer Service for Hospitality
A hospitality specific customer service qualification, covering service, teamwork, the law, and professional standards.
About this course
Hospitality lives or dies on service, and good service is a set of learnable behaviours rather than a personality type. This certificate covers what those behaviours are, how teams deliver them consistently, and the legislation and professional standards that sit underneath.
