About this course

Most people become a team leader by being good at the job below it, and then find that leading is a different skill entirely. This certificate fills that gap: how to lead a team, how the business around you works, and how to communicate work information clearly.

Beyond the three core units you choose five more from a wide optional pool, so the qualification can be shaped around the sector you work in.

Who this is for

Open to learners aged 16 and over. There are no formal entry requirements, though NCFE notes that a level 1 qualification is helpful preparation.
